The University of Northampton’s School of Education has launched a short film outlining why Early Childhood Development must be at the heart of the United Nations’ post-2015 Development Goals. The video, premièred at the United Nations on Thursday 12th September, urges the decision makers to make a difference for all children and their families, regardless of where they are born.
