Pathway for Senior Fellowship

The Pathway for Senior Fellowship is designed for experienced academic and professional services staff, who have a sustained record of leading or influencing the practice of those who teach and/or support high quality learning.

Participants on the pathway may include, for example, heads of subject, heads of professional service areas and programme or professional leads. The pathway involves participants in a programme of monthly development sessions, which are run as in-person sessions over a period of six months.

This pathway is designed to support participants to develop an application for Senior Fellowship, so the design of the series of sessions is based on the requirements for this category of Fellowship, particularly the case studies. Throughout the process, there is an emphasis on working together by sharing experiences and practice.
