How the Workshop will contribute to Learning Practice
Through this workshop you will:
explore what can be done about graduate employability nationally, locally and in-course, what are the barriers and how to overcome them and hear about what other courses do to come up with solutions to some of the issues. You will share good practice with colleagues, working together towards improving graduate employability. You will leave the session with a plan of action achievable in academic year and an awareness of the support that is available to you to help with your plans.

Through an increased knowledge of the ways in which Changemaker hub can work both with the Faculties and their students you will be able to enhance student support and make their help and guidance more widely available to students.

The workshop will give a closer understanding of the service provided by Changemaker Hub, helping staff to identify reasons behind the employability rate data and learn how the service can help in and out of the curriculum and with enhancing student employability in their subject area.

- Academic or Support staff holding substantive teaching & learning responsibilities.
