Aims:
This workshop will enable participants to:
- develop an understanding of the different purposes and functions of student assessment in higher education;
- promote understanding of a model of assessment for learning and associated principles;
- explore how assessment for learning principles can be applied in practice through designing an assessment task, or reviewing and enhancing an existing assessment task.
