Animations to use in English lessons

Hello everyone!

I am sharing some quick animations that I created during Computing seminars. They are all using I Can Animate.

The first 2 could be used in a phonics lesson for Reception children when being introduced to the consonants digraph ‘sh’. These were very easy to create so you could always make something similar to suit your class.

Another very quick video. It might be nice to add your own voice over so children can hear the sound.

This animation is better suited for KS2 children. It isn’t the best quality and sadly the microphone picked up a lot of background noise from other groups. However, it gives you a rough idea of the introduction to the story Fantastic Mr.Fox by Roald Dahl. We thought that children could watch this and guess what they think may happen next.
