What you do
Use the ‘VideoScribe’ app on the IPad around a topic of your choice. There is a library of images that can be used and also the app allows you to use photos that are on the Ipad’s camera roll. This allows great flexibility around the different types of topics that you can use. We made a video as an introduction to weather.

Different types of weather and the names as well as the associated pictures.
Taking it further
This is a topic introduction and to take this further we could make another videoscribe which is more in depth about the different weather types and include some more types of weather (such as rainbows, thunder etc.). You could also set tasks around the weather for the children to do, such as information cards, worksheets etc.
