What you do
Choose a story relating to a subject area you are currently teaching. Read a story to the children and part way through stop leaving the story on a cliff hanger. Discuss with the children what could happen next. Explain to the children that in groups they are going to create the rest of the story on an Ipad, using the felt board app.

Taking it further
To extend this task the children could print out their story boards and write their own story and even present this to the class. You could also finish reading the original story to show how it compares to the story they wrote and discuss this.
