Here is an app that you can use on the iPad. This app can be used to create characters (Fairy Tale style) that can be used in a mixture of different ways. One way of using that app of which me and my partner explored during our computing lesson was to create story boards. This could be very cross curricular for example an art photography lesson linked to English. Children can first take photographs that can be used as background images and scenes/settings for their storyboard and then create their characters to be layered on top of the images. Once the images have been create with the characters on top children can use these to develop their storyboard.
