The images below were created using the app fragment. Within an art lesson, this app would be very useful to use when exploring different colours and patterns. The images are exceedingly vibrant and visually, therefore the children would be able to stimulate a variety of ideas from these images when creating their own art work. The fragment app is relatively easy to use, which means that children won’t find the app hard or confusing.
The app could be used with upper KS1 and KS2 within their art sessions, cross curricular with ICT. This enables children to understand that art can be created through technology, and not just by drawings or paintings.
