We have created a set of QR codes for our resource. The idea would be for the children to scan the codes to gain a link to a picture. The children would then, working in pairs or threes, create a scenario based around the picture. They would do this verbally and it should take no more than a couple of minutes. It could be used as stimulus for a starter within a literacy lesson. As the pictures are all based around World War One it would be a great way to show cross curricular learning. This resource should be used to encourage children to use their imagination to create an engaging story, whilst also using their historical knowledge. It could be used within upper KS2.
