If you are looking for ideas when considering how to enrich your school’s curriculum with an off-site visit, you could explore the site provided by ‘PlanMySchoolTrip’. This was established in 2012 to provide teachers , support staff and EVCs with a useful free resource when searching for educational visits. The Council for Learning Outside the Classroom (LOtC) say,”The organisation love the passion and  excitement that LOtC providers have for learning outside the classroom and their subject, and decided it would be amazing to bring all these places together, online, for teachers to discover.”

You can search for trip ideas through region or curriculum subject. While this does not provide all the potential venues and there will be other sites you can explore, it is certainly a good starting point. PlanMySchoolTrip also offer a support service to arrange trips.
