Norway International Day 3 – student reflections

DLAB International Day 3 Norway 4th grade

We started the day with looking at the stories with bad endings that we sent to England after day 1, and we looked at the answers we had got at our stories! The English pupils had made creative solutions of how to save the environment. Our pupils enjoyed the time watching the videos. England sent us a greeting in Norwegian, where some pupils told us about their favourite football-player😍

We had a nice meeting with the English pupils where they gave us very positive feedback on our collaboration, our stories and the meetings. Much of this day we spent on making posters about how to act eco-friendly, and the Norwegian pupils showed some of their posters in the meeting.

It has been a great day, the pupils have been creative and it has been made many inspiring posters!

DLAB Day 3 Norway 7th grade

The last day was very great.

We started the day were we separated the pupils into two groups. One group cooked some food, and the other one made PowerPoints about what restaurants and grocery stores do with expired and leftovers. The groups changed tasks.

We got a lot of food from grocery stores near by the school. So the day were really exhausted because it was very much stuff that needed to be done in few hours.

The pupils were very excited when they cooked. They were very satisfied of all the food that they cooked from wasted food from grocery stores. They made pizza, fruit salad, banana bread, chicken, croutons, fried potatoes and some deserts etc.

When the food was done we ate with the English pupils, and talked about what we cooked.
