If debate about roles and responsibilities in the British HE system (Maunder, 2020; Mercer-Mapstone et al., 2017) following the reform from the beginning of the century or more recent discussions on the offer for graduates did not impose so needed changes, the latest thread of AI taking over has finally done (Atiku & Boateng, 2020). Moreover, with nearly 40% of students, according to Universities UK (2022), coming to the UK from different educational systems and increasing awareness of neurodiversity, removing barriers stopping future graduates from achieving their full potential was never as important as it has become now (Ainscow, 2020). This infographic display is to present a very early stage of the study that aims at constructing an educational pattern that will be the answer to students’ needs to get not just recognition but also hands-on experience expected by the job market (Hero & Lindfors, 2019). The researcher plans to examine proven in-practice frameworks and approaches like UDL (Levey, 2023) and Umami (Szóstek, 2021) to balance the experience of learners.
