How to add a grade at the end of placement

You maybe required to give a formal grade at the end of your student’s placement (the link tutor will advise if you aren’t sure).

mentor-grade

Go to the ongoing achievement record page,
look for the formative outcome (formative grade) box below your mentor confirmation statement
use the dropdown box to choose your given grade
scroll to the bottom of the page and save.
