Celestamine (Generic: Betamethasone)  belong to a group of drugs known as corticosteroid. It is manufactured and marketed by Schering Plough Limited (Under – Merck Sharp and Dohme LLC).

It is used for allergic disorders, itching or rash, dermatitis, ataxia telangiectasia, psoriasis of the scalp, ulcerative colitis ,arthritis, phimosis, and other diseases.
