As you have probably seen in the news, the Education Secretary, Justine Greening, has announced the publication of a Green Paper on 12th September, 2016 outlining the Government’s plans for school reform. This is a consultation period and you can add your views via the online consultation survey before in closes on 12th December 2016.
Schools Week have produced a summary document that can be downloaded, but you can also access the full document via the Government website.
The proposed changes are broken down into four categories: selective schools, independent schools, universities and faith schools; however, they could impact on the future of all children and professionals within education settings – why not make sure you are informed and have a voice during the consultation period?
