OT Placement Dates

FTE           full time extended route (students attend university three days a week and their term dates are extended so they complete their studies into July/August
APP          apprenticeship students attend university one day a week during term time; placements are completed on a full-time basis

Project Placement Attendance
The placements run on Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays, but to cover 2.5 days only. Within this 2.5 days, students need to take time out for supervision with their tutor (1.5 hours per fortnight) and 2.2 hours of study per week. The supervision will be fixed according to the tutor’s availability, but otherwise, this 2.5 days is flexible across the 3 days – to fit in with the service.
