The University of Northampton is situated in the centre of the heart of England meaning it’s easy to reach us by train, bus, or car.
Northampton Railway Station offers direct services to London Euston and Birmingham New Street, both of which are only an hour away.
When you arrive in Northampton you can choose the short walk to campus or you could hop on to our UNO bus which has a stop, directly outside the railway station.
We’re also close to Coventry (approx. 32 minutes), Rugby (approx. 22 minutes), and Milton Keynes (approx. 16 minutes).
In line with best practice and current legislation, the University offers limited parking for students and charges for parking. We therefore recommend our Sixfields Park and Ride service as the greenest and most cost-effective option when commuting to the University. This Uno Bus service is a heavily subsidised service linking with an edge of town Park and Ride, this is a cheaper option than our on-site parking permits which are currently limited to students with specifc additional needs.
