- Develop questions for focus groups (FG with Students & FG with BAME Network)

- Research poster
- Risk assessment
- Data Management plan
- External professional body code of conduct (Nathan)
- Meeting with Sam Thomas (Tuesday 12/11/2019)
- Develop a SharePoint area to collect documents
- Organise a meeting with Michelle
- Develop a Website about the study (Nathan)
- Contact relevant academics, former students (Alumni), Change Maker team and personal Tutors to arrange an interview (After ethical approval)
- Focus group planning (4 focus groups (TBC) & 1 Focus group with BAME Network) – Audio Recorded & Video recorded
- Transcript of focus group to be organised (May be this could be outsourced)
- Develop poster and leaflet to promote this research (December – January 2020)
- Create an email to gather students interest on the project
- Data collection to begin in January 2020
- Data analysis (February – April 2020)
- Literature review on attainment Gap for BAME students (January – June 2020)
- Final Report Writing ( April – June 2020)
