We are delighted to announce that we have started a new podcast series, Under the UON Pod. 

We will aim to get one or two players/coaches in each week to discuss all this Rugby Union at the University of Northampton. 

This will be an opportunity for you as the fans to get down low on both the Bears and the Scarlets with exclusives from the players themself. 

Episodes one and two will be out at the beginning of next week both on our YouTube and Spotify. 

We were lucky to have Scarlet’s very own Carys Wellicome and Lydia Hardwick in the studio to discuss their first game of the season. 

As well as the importance of Women’s rugby both in Northampton and the University.
