Looking to close out a month of wins, the Bears take on the University of Worcester on Wednesday 29th November.
Following on from a dominating victory over Staffordshire University a fortnight ago, utility forward Sheldon Shaw believes the teams preparation has been steady and progressive: “Its been awful weather but the preparation has been has been normal.
“We take it nice and slow, getting our structure set and correct and I’m quite confident for it.” He said.
When asked about the teams mentality ahead of the game on Wednesday, Shaw feels that the Bears are very focused on keeping their winning streak going.
“We’ve had a mindset reset with the week that we had no game and it has helped us to take some downtime to refocus on the aims we’ve set.”
He went on to say: “It’s not just on Wednesdays (that the team focuses), it’s from the first matchday prep session that we have so everyone’s up for it from then to now.”
The Bears kick off at 2pm at Waterside Campus this Wednesday.
