Activities: We thought that children could work on this activity in pairs, so you could combine the ‘plugged’ and ‘unplugged’ aspects of computing. Without the children looking at one another, the student who is working on the iPad can call out the directions they are inputting into the program, so the other child can physically act them out, or draw them down. After a while, the children can swap over so they get the experience of working with the plugged and unplugged versions of the activity.
