If you are trying to view mentor sign-offs which have been added after the submission deadline, you will need to use the date picker in ATLAS.
Use the drop-down list to choose the current date and time to see the most up-to-date version of the student’s workbook.
Please follow these steps in this order otherwise, it won’t work.
- Go to the Submissions area in ATLAS.
- Enter the student name or ID first.
- Then select the current date and time and press Go.
When you are viewing by date, you will see a yellow banner showing you are viewing a specified date.
Each time you use the search bar to search for a student, the date will revert back. But it will save the date you chose and add it to the drop-down list.
Students with extensions:
If a student has been granted an extension, you need to select from the date picker to be able to see their changes. Within this view, you won’t be able to make any changes.
Open the same asset in two tabs – one at the submission deadline date and time (where the assessor fields are editable) and the other at the end date of the extension, where the most recent work is visible.
Fill out the assessor fields in the “submission deadline” version while checking on the “extension” one for anything added by students or mentors after the deadline passed.
Assessor fields saved in this way will save on the “extension” version.
Make a note of who has an extension and what extension date they have been given. See How to Grant an Extension if you are not sure where to find that information.
This is a bug with PebblePad, so you only need to do this temporarily. PebblePad have said it has been logged with the development team and we will let you know when it has been fixed.
