In August 2015, the University of Northampton implemented a new library management system. This workshop will briefly cover the process and timeline from drawing up the operational requirements, going out to tender, the implementation stage and post implementation. The main focus of the session will be a panel Q&A session with the staff who were involved in the implementation, particuarly looking at the lessons learnt as part of the process. Delegates will have the opportunity to generate questions in groups before putting them to the panel.
