2016-W-CO Slide1Copyright law is in a constant change of flux, thanks to a combination of changes in UK law, changes in custom and practice, and significant Court cases. This session will comprise a brief overview of the current legal position for library staff and academics and consider some current issues, including orphan works, copyright implications of Open Access, issues for visually impaired and developments at the EU level and the question of who owns the copyright in outputs produced by academics. Delegates will then be invited to share their own copyright conundrums.
