Liam Bailey-Shaw has been named the new Heyford Reserves manager and will take charge of the game on Saturday.
This is what Liam Bailey-Shaw had to say about his thoughts on the team at the moment.
“I am obviously looking forward to seeing what the boys can produce and see how they play as a team on the big occasions,
“You know the results haven’t been the greatest so far and the league table does show that but I am here to try and change that all around and help the team get better as the season goes on.”
After we asked Bailey-Shaw what his thoughts were ahead of the game against close relegation rivals Great Doddington First.
“It’s a must-win game really we have to start the game fast and try and just hit them and show what we have as a team,
“If we manage to beat them we can go 4 points clear which would be huge in the grand scheme of how the table will look.”
So the big question at the end of the day is will Bailey-Shaw manage to change the team around and get them back to winning ways, well only time will tell.
