Heyford Reserve manager Sam O’Sullivan called on his side to go the “extra mile,” in order to get their first win of the season. 

Heyford Reserves host Woodford Wolves in the Northants Combination Division two, kick off is at 2pm.

This fixture epitomises a “six pointer,” as they sit 15th, and 14th, respectfully.

Speaking in more depth about the game, manager Sam said ” A big effort is needed from the lads this week, we got a good point away from home, and now its time to go on a run”.

The hosts come into the game off the back of a morale boosting 3-3 draw away at play-off pushing Finedon Volta F.C, whereas opponents Woodford Wolves were thrashed 5-1 away at Kingsthorpe Jets NCL senior.

The match will have big implications for both sides.
