An insight into the mind of a teacher trainee…

Food for thought…

March6

I was doing some of this weeks suggested browsing and reading and came across this blog iPads can’t improve learning without good teaching. It has some great thought provoking ideas on how we can use iPads to improve children’s writing skills. Mr G as he’s known in the blog provides countless apps for iPads that help children throughout the writing process from planning, composing and editing and to publishing. He stresses that the children’s writing can only be improved through the use of iPads with the correct teaching from the class teacher.

If your wondering how you could use your iPads in your English lessons then this is the blog for you!

    Hi Chloe,
Thanks for the comment on my blog. Glad you got something positive out of it. Using ICT in primary schools is becoming more vital every day and its good to see student teachers getting a greater focus in their training. Enjoy blogging. It’s a great way of reflecting on your learning. I’ve developed a lot through writing Mr G Online. If you ever want some help with anything related to ICT and teaching, feel free to drop me an email.
