This is the story of Hairy Maclary which we have created using Puppet Pals and iMovie. We decided to use real backgrounds but keep the pictures of the original dogs in the book. We chose to use a child to narrate the story and added appropriate sound effects to bring the story to life.
Learning Benefits.
This resource could be used to support many areas of the curriculum. A few ideas include simple addition and subtraction in Numeracy, re-telling the story using the pictures in Literacy and looking at the world around us and where you could take a dog for a walk in Understanding of the World/ Geography.
Suitable for Foundation Stage and KS1.
